Features

• Disable the Chat Sidebar and return to the Old Normal Chat.
• Use Friend Lists to limit your availability and group your Chat contacts.
• Link the name in chat windows titlebar to contact's profile.
• Revert the blue top bar to the old style one.
• Stick the blue top bar at the top of the window.
• Add a shadow below the blue top bar.
• Hide the ticker in the home page and/or inside games.
• Enable or disable extension features via a settings panel.

Caratteristiche

• Disabilita la Sidebar della Chat e torna alla vecchia chat normale.
• Usa le liste di amici per limitare la tua presenza online e raggruppare i contatti della chat.
• Collega il nome nella barra del titolo delle finestre di chat al profilo del contatto.
• Riabilita il vecchio stile della barra blu.
• Blocca la barra blu nella parte superiore della finestra.
• Aggiungi un'ombreggiatura sotto la barra blu.
• Nascondi il ticker nella home e/o nei giochi.
• Attiva o disattiva le caratteristiche dell'estensione tramite un pannello delle opzioni.

FB Chat Sidebar Disabler (the "Software") is an add-on program, made by VittGam (the "Author"), for the website facebook.com ("FACEBOOK"). The Software is a freeware and can be used without any restriction in personal environment. The Author is not affiliated with FACEBOOK in any way. The Software removes the Chat Sidebar from FACEBOOK and reverts FACEBOOK Chat style to the Old Style. It may disrupt the normal use of FACEBOOK. If you notice any problem while using the Software along with FACEBOOK, uninstall the Software before contacting FACEBOOK's customer support.

You may uninstall the Software at any time and with no limitations, using the standard uninstall procedures as offered with your Internet Browser.

   I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet.
   Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, potrebbero permettere di identificare gli utenti.

3. ID anonimi:
   Vengono utilizzati ID anonimi ricavati tramite la funzione MD5 per associare in modo anonimo l'utente ai dati statistici dell'estensione; in tal modo, l'utente verrà conteggiato una sola volta nelle tabelle statistiche di utilizzo giornaliero dell'estensione.
4. Cookie:

Tali finalità comprendono:

1. l'erogazione dei servizi richiesti
2. la manutenzione e assistenza tecnica relativa ai servizi
3. la gestione di eventuali reclami e/o contenziosi
4. la prevenzione/repressione di frodi e di qualsiasi attività illecita
5. l'archiviazione dei dati personali presso server situati nell'Unione Europea sotto il controllo del titolare e senza alcun trattamento da parte del gestore dei server

Il conferimento dei dati per queste finalità è obbligatorio al fine dell'erogazione all'utente dei servizi richiesti. In caso di rifiuto, risulterà impossibile da parte del Gestore erogare all'utente i servizi richiesti.

Comunicazione dei dati

I dati personali dell'utente saranno trattati dal Gestore per erogare i servizi richiesti.
I dati personali dell'utente possono essere altresì comunicati, per le finalità sopra indicate, in via obbligatoria e necessaria all'erogazione dei servizi, esclusivamente a:

1. persone, società o studi professionali, che prestino attività di assistenza, consulenza o collaborazione al Gestore in materia contabile, amministrativa, legale, tributaria e finanziaria;
2. Pubbliche Amministrazioni per lo svolgimento delle funzioni istituzionali nei limiti stabiliti dalla legge o dai regolamenti.

I dati dell'utente non sono soggetti a diffusione pubblica.

Modalità del trattamento

I dati vengono raccolti per via telematica, direttamente presso l'utente e trattati mediante operazioni di registrazione, consultazione, comunicazione, conservazione, cancellazione, effettuate anche con l'ausilio di strumenti elettronici, assicurando l'impiego di misure idonee per la sicurezza dei dati trattati e garantendo la riservatezza dei medesimi.
I dati dell'utente, memorizzati su supporto elettronico, sono custoditi e archiviati su server situati nell'Unione Europea, sotto il diretto controllo del titolare.

Diritti dell'interessato

Ai sensi dell'articolo 7 del Codice della Privacy, l'utente ha diritto di ottenere, in ogni momento, la conferma dell'esistenza dei dati che lo riguardano e delle finalità per cui vengono utilizzati. Ha altresì il diritto di chiedere l'aggiornamento o la rettifica, la cancellazione o il blocco dei dati e di opporsi, in tutto o in parte, al loro trattamento.
Per esercitare i diritti sopraindicati, nonché per ricevere informazioni relative ai soggetti presso cui i dati sono archiviati o ai quali i dati vengono comunicati ovvero sui soggetti che, in qualità di responsabili od incaricati, possono venire a conoscenza dei suoi dati, l'utente potrà rivolgersi al titolare.
